Air curtain is commonly used in industry, hotel & restaurant. It is used in-front of door in entry point. Air curtain is used to prevent dust and other poisonous particles coming from outside. The main objective of this project is to ON the air curtain only when door is open. If door is closed immediately air curtain should OFF. Otherwise, if air curtain is always ON then there will be huge power loss.
To prevent power loss and increase life time of air curtain we must do the automation of the air curtain with sensor.
Required Accessories:
- Metal Sensor(If door metalic)
- Relay 24V DC
- 24V DC adapter
When door closed, output of sensor is +24V and relay activated. Air curtain supply power is OFF.
If door open then there is no output of sensor. Power goes through NC contact of relay and air curtain is ON.
