About Course
পিএলসি একটি কম্পিউটার। কিন্তু এটা অফিস কম্পিউটারের মতো না। ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল এনভারনমেন্টে মেশিন এবং ইকুইপমেন্ট কন্ট্রোল ও অপারেশনের কাজে পিএলসি ব্যবহৃত হয়।
বর্তমান যুগে অলমোস্ট প্রত্যেক প্রসেস ও ম্যানুফেকচারিং ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে পিএলসি ব্যবহৃত হয়। ওয়্যারিং ও কানেকশনের পাশাপাশি পিএলসি কিভাবে প্রোগ্রাম করতে হয় আপনাকে জানতে হবে। এই কোর্সে পিএলসি ওয়্যারিং, ডিজাইন এবং প্রোগ্রামিং কিভাবে করতে হয় তা আপনি বিস্তারিত জানতে পারবেন। ল্যাডার ডায়াগ্রাম যা হচ্ছে পিএলসির বহুল ব্যবহৃত প্রোগ্রামিং ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ যার উপর এই কোর্সে সবচেয়ে বেশি জোর দেওয়া হয়েছে।
একজন ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হিসেবে আমি যখন জব ফিল্ডে প্রবেশ করি তখন অনেক প্রবলেম ফেইস করতেছিলাম যেখানে ক্যারিয়ারের খুব একটা উন্নতি হচ্ছিলনা। আমি চাচ্ছিলাম ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল অটোমেশন সেক্টরে ক্যারিয়ার গড়তে যেখানে হাই পেমেন্টের কাজের অনেক সুযোগ আছে। ফ্যাক্টরিতে যখন দেখতাম চাইনিজ, জার্মান ইঞ্জিনিয়াররা পিএলসিতে কাজ করতো তখন ব্যপারটা আমার কাছে অনেক ভয়ের ছিল। তখন পিএলসি সম্পর্কে আমার তেমন নলেজ ছিলোনা, এটা আমার কাছে অনেক দুর্বোধ্য লাগতো।
তখন আমি পিএলসির কিছু থিওরিটিক্যাল বিষয় জানতাম যদিও ভালো পিএলসি প্রোগ্রামার হওয়ার জন্য এই জ্ঞান যথেষ্ট ছিলোনা। মনে মনে ভাবতাম আমি কখনই পিএলসি শিখতে পারবোনা।
বিদেশ থেকে আমি পিএলসির উপর ট্রেনিং নিই এবং অটোমেশন সেক্টরে নিজের ক্যারিয়ার পাকাপোক্ত করি। অটোমেশন সেক্টরে বহুদিন কাজ করার সুবাদে আমরা জানতাম ডিজাইনিং এবং প্রোগ্রামিং এর ক্ষেত্রে একজন অটোমেশন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের কি ধরনের স্কিল এবং টেকনিক জানা দরকার। অনেক চেষ্টা করে আমরা একটা সিম্পল ফরম্যাট দাঁড় করাই যার মাধ্যমে অনেক জটিল বিষয়ও যাতে সহজে বুঝা যায়। কিছুদিন পর আমরা চিন্তা করলাম যে, এই ট্রেনিং কোর্স গুলো অনলাইনে নিয়ে যাব যাতে করে অটোমেশন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, টেকনিশিয়ান, স্টুডেন্টরা বাংলাদেশের যে কোন প্রান্ত থেকে শিখে জব ফিল্ডে এ্যাপ্লাই করতে পারবে।
প্রতিনিয়ত এই কোর্স নতুন নতুন কন্টেন্ট দিয়ে আপডেট হয়। তাই সবসময় চোখ রাখুন যাতে কোন কন্টেন্ট মিস না হয়।

However, at the later part of the course, when Mr. Rasel took over the course to teach Gx Works & TIA Portal, sound quality and teaching skill downgraded a lot. He might know a lot but could not deliver smoothly as GR Chowdhury. In fact, TIA Portal course, HMI design, module selection, configuration etc became clumsy and confusing. These later part drove to rate this course 3 star only. Otherwise, upto VFD course the course is 4-5 start as it maintained its promise that far.
