How to Turn ON & OFF Automatically Pump Motor Using a Timer?

If we want to ON & OFF any load automatically with time then, we can do it by this project easily.

Application:

1. Street light, Shop, restaurant light will ON in the evening time.
2. In industry: for lubrication oil, grease pump will ON for certain times & OFF for certain times continuously.

Accessories:

1. Timer 02 pcs

Circuit Diagram:

Here we used two timer for this simple automation. Please read the diagram carefully.

220V is pass through Timer-01 NC contact 4 & 1 which goes to coil pin 2. Then Timer-02 energize. Suppose after five minutes timer-02 contact changed and 220V passed through NO contact 1 & 3 to Timer-01 coil pin 2 which energize Timer-01 coil. Suppose, after ten minutes Timer-01 contact changed which reset the Timer-02. Then, cycle again start & continue forever.
